Our Services
Healthy feet make for a healthy life.
When feet are feeling great, most people hardly give them a second thought. But once those same feet start to hurt, you quickly realize the scale of the problem. If your feet aren’t healthy, pretty soon the rest of you is going to be suffering, too.
At Cheyenne Foot & Ankle, Jennifer V. Yull, DPM provides comprehensive and effective care for a wide range of common (and not as common) foot and ankle problems.
Whether your condition requires surgery or just a better pair of shoes—or anything in between—we’ll make sure you get the exact high quality, affordable care you need and deserve.

Skin & Nail Care
Skin and nail problems are more than a mere potential source of embarrassment. In many cases, these “surface level” problems can lead to significant pain, difficulty wearing shoes or enjoying normal activities, or even a serious infection.
We will always provide prompt, gentle, and above all else effective treatments for a wide range of skin and nail conditions, including ingrown toenails, fungal infections, warts, corns and calluses, and more.
No problem is “too small” to warrant our attention or care. If it’s bothering you, we are happy to help!

Heel Pain Treatments
Heel pain is such a common symptom for so many people that it sometimes feels like an inevitable consequence of growing older, or living in modern society. Nothing could be more wrong!
Cases of heel pain are almost always treatable, and 95 percent of the time we can do it without even suggesting that you might need surgery. There’s only one real trick—once we diagnose the underlying problem and put together a treatment plan, you must stick with it!
Whether your case is best solved by rest, orthotic inserts, physical therapy, new shoes, or some combination of the above, we’ll help you figure it out so you can get back to living life pain-free.

Senior Foot Care
It’s no secret that, as we get older, taking proper care of your feet can get a little more difficult. You might start to notice aches and pains, skin and nail damage, even balance and stability problems that you didn’t have before.
But this does not mean that you can’t continue to enjoy healthy feet and great mobility and activity well into your golden years! Routine care, both at home and in our office, can make a huge difference regardless of your age.
From regular screenings to skin care, pain management, fixing deformities, healing wounds, and even assessing balance and fall risk, we will do everything we can to keep our senior patients moving without pain or limitation!

Orthotics Therapy
For so many painful foot conditions, the right set of shoe inserts can make an incredible difference. Maybe you need orthotics that reposition, realign, and retrain your feet to move efficiently. Maybe you just need a little extra support and cushioning. Either way, orthotics can absolutely help you.
But here’s the thing: for people in this situation, the only thing that may be worse than no orthotics is the wrong pair of orthotics!
Don’t leave your foot health to fate with a pair of drugstore insoles. Dr. Yull is an expert in foot and ankle biomechanics. After evaluating your feet and walking gait, she can get you in a pair of either prefabricated or custom insoles that will have your feet feeling much better.

Diabetic Foot Care
If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, taking good care of your feet is no longer optional. Millions of Americans have the lower extremity amputations to prove it—and their numbers grow by tens of thousands every year.
Fortunately, most diabetic foot care complications are preventable, and regular diabetic foot checkups with your podiatrist (along with smart preventative care at home) are an important part of making sure you get to keep your feet!
In addition to important yearly screenings and routine maintenance care, we provide a wide variety of critical foot care services for our patients with diabetes, including wound care, orthotics, nutritional supplements, and more.
